2. Pushups 15 reps
3. Cable Row 15 reps
4. Dumbell Deadlift 15 reps
5. Smith Machine Bench Press Throws 15 reps
Today was a good workout. Got to eat some oatmeal with maple syrup and brown sugar. Delicious. Oh also found out my body fat percentage is 24%. Now, theres another goal: Decrease body fat composition by 7%.
