
I was a slacker as far as working out at the box in concerned. I completed a workout on Tuesday which entailed the following:
Warm-up: Tuesday 20’s - 65% max back squat
“Chelsea”
1 round every minute on the minute of,
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
for 30 minutes
Wednesday was a walk day. Thursday was a tabata workout at the gym where I did rows, butt blasters, walking lunges and leg press. Ive come to the conclusion that although crossfit is a wonderful training system, there are body parts that get neglected like my inner quads and parts of my pecs. So I must continue training individually. Today was a walk day.
Food consumption was awesome this week with a 2.3 pound weight loss! Success. I couldnt have done it without intermittent fasting. Ive changed the pattern a little. There is no food consumption untill after a workout. It makes your body exhaused to undergo the biologically complex task of digestion but my energy and weight loss is incredible. Although it does take advanced mental focus to be able to refuse food until it is time to eat. Ive been chewing lots of gum and keeping busy at work. Tomorrow is feast cheat day and we are having pizza party. After this weeks dedication I deserve it. Happy hour pizza and house wine at Romanos macaroni grill. After tomorrows work out of course.
