Monday WoD?

Seeing as though this week is full of parties and such, my workout schedule will need to be modified. Normally I go to my local box on tuesday, wednesday and thursday. This week it will be MTW instead. Today’s WoD was splendid! It went like this:

Warmup: Burgner

Strength: 1RM clean and jerk ( I only got up to 97 lbs, but that is not my max! we just ran out of time)


WoD: 3 rounds for time (943)

20 kb swings (coach made me do a 44 lb kb TEAR :( )

20 abmat situps

20 lateral box jumps

Fat burn sess: 45 min bike

THEN POST WORKOUT MEAL! my favorite part of the day.

chicken, recovery shake, apple, banana, salad. My macros are boring because I eat the same damn thing every day.
