Yesterday was a killer wod, and I am sore today. It went like this:
Tuesday 20’s: 67% max back squat. I did 90 yesterday because I was sore from Monday’s hot yoga sesh.
Then:
“VINBATA”
50 deadlifts
60 calories
50 burpees
60 wallballs
Its been a while since I collapsed to the ground after the completion of a wod. Then to top it off, I spent 45 min on the bike. I think it goes without saying that as I sit here typing away, sipping my coffee that I am indeed a sore lady. Im debating if I want to go to the endurance day today… Mainly because Im sore but also because I want to do other stuff today, like take pictures of my handsome lover man. He is graduating university this weekend and I need some recent photos to include in a collage I am making for him.
As for the rest of last week, I knew my excercise and eating habits were going to be thrown off. Here is how that went:
Tuesday:
Tuesday 20s: 66% front squat
5 rounds for time of…
run 200m
3 rope climb
15 unbroken push jerks (135/95)
Wednesday:NO EXERCISE! I ate nachos though. I received bad news, and theres nothing like eating bad food to cope with bad news. Bad choice lady!
Thursday: NO EXERCISE! Last day of work, I had to drink beer and eat tacos.
Friday:Personal gym routine then walked for 45 min.
Saturday:NO EXERCISE! It was my boyfriend’s graduation party. I ate sandwiches, cake and cookies.
Sunday: NO EXERCISE! began 36 hour fast because I was saturated with calories from the last several days.
Monday: 1 hour 45 min hot yoga session. Felt really great and almost landed an unassisted handstand. Success! Then I got to eat after yoga. 1200 calories of precisely calculated macronutrients.
And yesterday. I already talked about that. 1300 calories of prescribed macros. Man how I love sweet potatoes.
As of lately, Ive been on the paleo wagon. Not in the sense that I set out to do that, but it seems better to eat vegetables and protien sources only. I cant get enough salad, cucumbers and zuchinni. Ive been eating unlimited veg and at least 150 grams of lean protein lately. Its good. We shall see it I attend endurance day later. Im thinking no now.
