Then this morning we went to the gym to do some cardio. There, I asked to get my body fat percentage and it is at 26.3%. Thats a shit-ton of fat to be carrying around! I realized that I am nowhere near approaching my personal goal and I am disappointing beyond words at the moment. I know I need to change something, and at this point I think the change needs to happen in my eating schedule. Currently, I eat only after I workout and that doesnt happen until 530 pm! I think I will try and consume more calories at the proper time so that my body doesnt freak out and hold on to every calorie I eat. I think that is what is going on here, my body is holding on to the fat because my eating schedule has not been consistent. Im putting in all this hard work and it is not paying off. And on top of that, my cheat meals are messing it up too. Ive made a commitment that after this weekend’s cheat meal (V is graduating and there will be another party with treats) I will eat no cheat meal for a month and see how that works for me. Ive noticed Im getting fatter! And todays calculation simply verified. So mad right now!
