
8-10 hours of my day are consumed once again with work. I am striving to be better at my craft, and I will be dedicating a large amount of my day with that, hence the lack of updated posting.
With work on my mind and health being the way of life I thought it would be hard to continue eating right and exercise. How mistaken was I? Focusing my attention on something else makes it easy to progress through the day while being fasted. I look forward to the meal I eat at 6pm and get adequate calories all at once. I am also able to continue a steady workout schedule too.
As for my workouts, Ive been training with a power muscle burn idea in mind. Thus, I am increasing my squat, deadlift and push press PRs and I cant wait to complete a heavy power clean. Ive also limited the crossfit wods too because over the summer their schedule didnt work with mine. But now since Im not eating until around 6pm, it fits in with my eating habits.
What Ive been noshing on lately is all Ive ever wanted. Chicken, eggs, almonds, fruit and veg… Most delish and satisfying.
Heres to a fabulous next 9 months.
