
This week is the fourth week back to work. It has been a good month so far. The developing minds I work with are indeed incredible creatures. I am lucky to be in their presence.
Lately I have been listening and thinking about developing into a higher state of being. Small reminders of such intention are helpful in my line of work. I am assisting in the development of responsible and mature people who will eventully be realized beings, in whatever state their minds are in.
It helps being in a healthy place too. Fasting is definitely the way to do it. Never in my life, have I been more clear headed and focused. Its strange to think that your physical body requires so much energy to process the food we eat. And when that energy is able to be focused on the mind, there are leaps and bounds to be made in the mental state. So I am able to partake in 36 hour fasts midweek with no negative side affects, like I had anticipated.
My lifting has been improving too. Over the past week many “advanced” people at the box have been complementing my form and are generally impressed by the progress I have made. The owner of the box even invited me to be in the powerlifting class they are starting there. I am going to do it!
As for nutrient intake this week, it was a bit of a binge weekend. I am okay with it because Ive got to increase the glycogen stores so I may explode with strength when lifting. Heres a bit of the bad food I ate:
Chocolate crissont, cake, burrito, lots of booze and in n out.
Back to eating proper today.
